WP3: Entrepreneurship Capacity Building Training for YWs

- Enhance entrepreneurial competences of YWs to become mentors for young girls and set up entrepreneurship bootcamps & competitions
- Enrich youth work and programmes with new resources, material etc. and upgrade the status of Youth organizations through the provision of a MULTIMEDIA ENTREPRENEURSHIP GLOSSARY and BOOTCAMP ACTIVITIES
- Help young people acquire skills targeted to the needs of the labor market through step-by-step scenarios/scripts

- A1. VALIDATED CAPACITY BUILDING TRAINING which will include:
  - Modules to support YWs to attain entrepreneurship & transversal skills, based on the competence framework (WP2. A4) in the form of interactive presentations

- - Assessment & Validation procedure through the MICRO CREDENTIALS methodology so that YWs can validate their newly acquired skills

- A2. EmpowerHER MULTIMEDIA GLOSSARY to further support YWs & YP including a collection of important terms related to entrepreneurship and business presented in a visual way

- A3. A pack of ENTREPRENEURSHIP ACTIVITIES for both YWs & YP to be utilized during the Summer Bootcamps (WP5)

- A4. SCENARIOS for VR Game:
  - A script to be later integrated in the VR ESCAPE ROOM GAME (WP4) containing steps based on the Business Model Canvas that need to be taken by YP to develop a successful business model.
  - A pack of Scenario Activity Cards (on paper) to accompany the VR GAME containing fictional Business scenarios for young people to practice their problem-solving skills.
