WP2: Mapping female pioneers in entrepreneurship portrait and Competence Framework

- Promote female entrepreneurship by collecting and presenting good practices via interviews with successful female entrepreneurs across Europe
- Provide comprehensive guidance to young girls by analysing transnational experiences and qualities of female entrepreneurs and compiling them in an e-BOOKLET with essential skills and tips.
- Attain transnational learning and exchange of knowledge via peer-to-peer review
- Develop a Competence Framework for Youth Workers based on the ENTRECOMP, DIGICOMP and information from the interviews

- A1. DIGITAL-STORYTELLING MAPPING TOOL presenting:
  - good practices/initiatives/programmes/activities in each country related to youth female entrepreneurship
  - real stories of successful women entrepreneurs in each country in the form of video-podcasts (related to WP2.A1)

- A2. E-BOOKLET which will include:
  - National infographics with the most important findings from the interviews in each country
  - an online peer review session during which partners will present their national results, exchange findings, good practices, learn from each other and brainstorm
  - The e-BOOKLET including essential characteristics/qualities and tips necessary to become a successful entrepreneur for young females.

- A3. An EMPOWERMENT RESOURCE BANK including a collection of off and online tools/resources with a specific focus on AI TOOLS, to enhance entrepreneurial and transversal skills of both youth workers and young females.
