EmpowerHER is an Erasmus+ project aimed at tackling gender imbalance in entrepreneurship by equipping young women aged 16-21, especially those from vulnerable backgrounds, with the skills and confidence to pursue entrepreneurial careers. The project offers innovative learning experiences, including Entrepreneurship Summer Bootcamps and an engaging Virtual Reality Escape Room Game. Through capacity-building training, digital tools, and inspiring role models, EmpowerHER fosters a supportive environment to empower young women and promote their active participation in the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
